By accessing, browsing, or using any of our websites, online platforms, mobile applications, products, or services (collectively referred to as “Platforms”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines published by Zero Water Solutions (Private) Limited (“Zero”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. 

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our Platforms, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on our Platforms. Continued use of our Platforms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

We provide water purifier dispenser systems, air purifiers, and related services. All product images, videos, illustrations, specifications, and descriptions are for reference purposes only. Actual product appearance and specifications may vary.

3.2 Availability & Quantity

  • Product availability may vary by region and stock levels.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

3.3 Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, delivery charges, installation charges, and service costs may apply separately.

3.4 Modification & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time without liability. 

4. RENT-TO-OWN & SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Certain products are offered under Rent-to-Own or Service Subscription Models. These services are governed by separate contractual agreements outlining:

  • Installation
  • Maintenance
  • Service schedules
  • Rental terms
  • Ownership transfer
  • Payment terms
  • Termination conditions

These agreements shall supersede this policy where applicable. 

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for their content, accuracy, or policies. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk. 

6. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

Your use of our Platforms is subject to our Privacy Policy, in accordance with:

  • Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016
  • Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Regulations
  • Applicable data protection standards

We ensure reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available on our Platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Text
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Software
  • Product designs

are the exclusive intellectual property of Zero Beyond Purity (Private) Limited.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. 

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & OBLIGATIONS

You agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information.
  • Not to misuse our Platforms.
  • Not to attempt hacking, data mining, scraping, or system interference.
  • Not to upload harmful, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or abusive content.

You shall be responsible for all activities conducted through your account or device. 

9. USER CONTENT POLICY

If you upload or submit any content (feedback, reviews, comments, photos, videos, etc.), you:

  • Grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
  • Confirm that such content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful. 

10. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments must be made through approved banking channels.
  • You confirm that all payment details provided are accurate.
  • Zero Beyond Purity shall not be responsible for third-party payment gateway failures, delays, or transaction errors. 

11. DISCLAIMER

Our Platforms and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Absolute accuracy of all content

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law:

Zero Beyond Purity shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • System downtime
  • Service delays

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service. 

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero Beyond Purity, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of our Platforms
  • Breach of applicable laws

14. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platforms without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Misuse services 

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lahore, Pakistan. 

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Power failures
  • Internet disruptions
  • Pandemics
