Refund and Cancellation Policy

(Applicable within Pakistan) 

At ZeroBeyond Purity, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds processed. 

1. Order Cancellation Policy 

A. Cancellation Before Delivery (7-Day Cancellation Window) 

You may cancel your order within 7 days from the date of order placement, provided the product has not yet been delivered.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund (if prepaid) will be initiated. 

If the shipment is already out for delivery at the time of cancellation approval, you must refuse the delivery. The refund will be processed once the product is returned to our warehouse. 

B. After Delivery 

Once the product has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Returns are only applicable under the following condition:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled, and
  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and
  • The product must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice. 

Refunds will only be processed after:

1. The product is received back at our warehouse, and

2. The product passes quality inspection. 

No Cancellation After Installation 

Once the product has been installed, the order is considered final and non-cancellable. Installed or used products are not eligible for refund, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under the Warranty Policy. 

ZeroBeyond Purity reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation or return request based on compliance with the above terms. 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated once:

  • The cancellation request is approved (for pre-dispatch cancellations), or
  • The returned product is received and verified by our quality control team. 

A. Prepaid Orders

For payments made via:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment Gateway
  • Mobile Wallets (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) 

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. 

Please allow 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider 

Processing time may vary based on the policies of the respective financial institution. 

B. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders 

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) as per customer preference.
  • The customer must provide accurate bank or wallet details.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after product verification. 

3. Refusal of Delivery 

If your cancellation request has been approved but the shipment is already out for delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. 

Once the parcel is returned to us, the refund process will be initiated. 

4. Non-Refundable Items 

The following are not eligible for refund unless defective:

  • Installed water filtration systems after usage
  • Used filters, membranes, or consumables
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse 

Installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once service has been provided. 

5. Governing Law 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including relevant Provincial Consumer Protection Acts.
